  • 100% payment is required at time of booking.


  • Transactions are in US Dollars, cash, travelers check or certified bank check. No personal checks or credit cards


  • Cancellation Policy: 100% "any reason" refund thru PayPal or Check (our option) will be made within 30 days.
    • 100 % REFUND DOSE NOT APPLY TO FOOD:
    Due to the preparation time involved, if you cannot get the meal or cancel for any reason within 3 days from the meal date, our 100% refund policy WILL NOT APPLY. Only 10% of the food monies will be refunded.
  • The tour may be cancled the day of the tour by the tour operator with full refund if the weather will make the tour dangerous


  • No Children under the age of 4.


  • Bring hat, sunscreen and bug spray.

    Reservation Process:

  • Fill out the Reservation Form


  • You should receive an E-Mail within 48 hours to let you know if the reservation is tentatively being held i.e. there is an opening. In this e-mail you will receive information as to where to send your deposit or a link to the Paypal Summary Payments page. The tentative reservation will be held for up to 10 days.


  • If you choose to pay for your tour now with Paypal, you are assured a full Paypal refund if you cancel more than 30 days before the tour.


  • You will be sent a confirmation e-mail after the payment is received. This e-mail will be your confirmation and you should bring it to Roatan as confirmation upon commencement of the tour.
