Due to the preparation time involved, if you cannot get the meal or cancel for any reason within 3 days from the meal date, our 100% refund policy WILL NOT APPLY. Only 10% of the food monies will be refunded.

  • Grilled Fillet of Fish Island style - in with Carrots, Bellpepper, Onions, with Grilled Tomato

  • Caribbean Whole Red Snapper - Steamed or Fried

  • Fried Shrimp

  • Roatán Fried Conches

  • Roatán Conches cooked in Cocount oil


  • All Lunches & Dinners have Beans, Rice, and Plantains on the side

  • Breadfruit available as a Plantains substitute when it is in season (Fall)

  • Marlyn's Special Coconut Pot (Island word for Stew)
    Made with Fish, Salt Pork, Conch, Chicken, Beef, and vegetables
    in a special coconut milk sauce.


  • Dinner served with Beans, Rice, and Plantains on the side

  • Breadfruit available as a Plantains substitute when it is in season (Fall)
